COLLECTION 1 / Always. Never; War & Its Consequential Regrowth and Rebirth

What began as an exploration of toxic phrases we share with ourselves and others led into a journey of examining the revitalization and renewal of war; those we wage and those we defend ourselves against.

 

COLLECTION 2 / King Tide

While the term "King Tide" isn't a scientific term, it is used to describe very high tides, caused when there is alignment of the gravitational pull between sun, moon, and Earth. When King Tides occur during floods or storms, water levels can rise higher and have the potential to cause great damage to the coastline and coastal property.

 

This collection shows the moon with portions of the Paris Climate Accord stamped into it. Red dots across each are braille. Is, Denial, and Predictable Rise are titles that reflect not just the push and pull of tides but of the varying points of view of the ongoing debate and it’s cause and effect(s).

 

 

COLLECTION 3 / Intractable Conflict

The issues of intractable conflicts are varied, but there tend to be multiple, inter-related issues relating to resources, values, power, and basic human needs.
